Most of the time we can attend to your iPhone or iPad repairs with no booking necessary. However, on occasions we can get quite busy, so we recommend you call us to book your device in before arriving at the repair centre.

Our warranty for the parts and labour is valid for one year from the date of repair. However, the warranty only applies to the part we have replaced, and is not valid if the part is damaged physically or by moisture during the one year period.

However, we do recommend that you sync your device with iCloud or iTunes prior to bringing it in, just in case there is a problem that causes data to be lost. Whilst in transit, your iPhone or iPad is fully insured against any loss or damage, although we do recommend you talk to us about how to package your device securely before sending it in.

Once we receive your device, we will get to work straight away on repairing your cracked iPhone screen, your failed home button or whatever other fault you have reported to us. As with our walk in customers, the work we do is covered by a full one year guarantee, as well as our ‘No Fix, No Fee’ policy in the rare event that we cannot get your item working properly again.

How long will it take to have my iPhone screen repaired?

We offer a lightning fast, 1-Hour turnaround if you drop off your iPhone to us. No booking is needed, although we do recommend a quick call first to check our workload. Is your work guaranteed?
